Hatha Yoga

Hatha also stands as a concept for the unity of the contradicting (man - woman, sun - moon, black - white, etc.).

The balance of the mind, the contentment of being and the strength of the own body are the basis for the achievement of a growing and reinforcing spirituality. The way leads over 3 columns: the physical work, the meditation and the curiosity.
